Coping in Covid

Your Mental Health During The Pandemic

During this very difficult time, we know that the stress of working in healthcare along with worries about childcare and family can make it hard to cope. In this issue, we have included some resources that we hope can help you access some coping and self care while you are looking after so many others.

A group of Mental Health Professionals in Ontario have volunteered to offer free teletherapy to those working in Healthcare during the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you feel the need to reach out, register here.
