Our second exercise video for patients to do in their own homes is now available!

These videos were created in partnership with the Abilities Centre in Whitby, and are for those living with a chronic lung condition who are unable to access safe and suitable exercise programs in their communities at this time.

Wednesday, August 12 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.


This opportunity is ideal for people who do not have a support group in their community or who may be unable to attend an in-person meeting. It is open for anyone living with, or caring for someone with, a chronic lung condition.

Support group meetings include:

  • An opportunity to share your experiences
  • An opportunity to ask questions of others living with a chronic lung condition and of Lung Health Foundation staff
  • Information on diagnosis, disease management and resources
